A 550 code usually means the email address is invalid or does not exist.

Cannot re-register Vertus Fluid Mask software, which I already own

Hi aaliceronm,

Please follow the instructions below on how to register/activate your Vertus Fluid Mask software.

Vertus Tech provides two ways of registration/activation:

Fluid Mask 2.0: In order to register Fluid Mask 2.0 you need an active internet connection on the machine you want to use Fluid Mask on. This machine does not have to be online continuously after registration. Fluid Mask will try and re-connect periodically to validate your license though (every three months).

Fluid Mask 3.0: For Fluid Mask 3 they offer two ways of registration and activation of your full Fluid Mask license:

Online registration:
This option requires an active internet connection on the machine on which you are installing Fluid Mask.
1. If you already installed the trial version of Fluid Mask please open Fluid Mask and go to > Help > Register.
2. Fill out the registration form and insert your serial key. The serial key should have been sent to after you placed your order for Fluid Mask 3 and has the format

01AXYZB0B123F123CDA7121234567AF123

Please make sure you copy/paste the serial key into the serial key field to avoid typos or mixing up digits and letters like 0 and O etc.

3. Click on the button to send the information.
4. The registration takes a few seconds. If it was successful you will see a pop-up window confirming that you are now registered.
5. You can either copy and paste your information from there into a file or to create an e-mail.
6. In addition you can see the message "You have a full license" when going to > Help > About Fluid Mask.

Registration by e-mail:
1. If you already installed the trial version of Fluid Mask please open Fluid Mask and go to > Help > Register.
2. Fill out the registration form and insert your serial key. The serial key should have been sent to after you placed your order for Fluid Mask 3 and has the format

01AXYZB0B123F123CDA7121234567AF123

Please make sure you copy/paste the serial key into the serial key field to avoid typos or mixing up digits and letters like 0 and O etc.
3. Click on the button to send the information. The registration takes a few seconds.
4. If Fluid Mask cannot detect an active internet connection or could not complete the registration for other technical reasons, then Fluid Mask will display your registration information in a new window.
5. You can either copy and paste your information from there into a file or to create an e-mail.
6. Please send the complete information displayed to [email protected]. It is important that the information we receive is complete and correct.

They will process your registration as soon as possible and provide you with a license code by e-mail. You can then use this license code to activate your full Fluid Mask license under > Help > Register in Fluid Mask 3.

Do I need an active internet connection?

Fluid Mask 3:

Fluid Mask 3 does offer an online activation. For those users who don't want to connect their workstation where Fluid Mask is installed to the internet we offer an activation by e-mail, too. Instructions are displayed in the software during the registration process.

I cannot log into my facebook account,it keeps saying my password is wrong.So i put in my alternate email and waited for an email confirmation code to be sent and i still have not recieved this i have...

i dont have much expertise but this has been hapenning alot your facebook has been disabled sorry to tell you but thats all i can help you with right now but i will be sure and reply back if i find something to helpu

I am trying to sent up a facebook account. when i try to login its telling me that a e-mail was sent (which it was with a validation code ) but when i go to sign in it again tells me to go to my e-mail....

hi, when you open the account with face book it asks you to enter an email address now this is the email address you use every day then what facebook do is send an email to the address you gave them when you registered with a link in it you then need to go to your email in box and click on the message then click on the link in the message, this will then take you back to face book and you should then have no problems using face book from then on.

if you cant remember the email address you gave them you need to try opening a new account with an email address that you do use.

No email can not be sent or compuse or reply

After deleting and recreating an account in Mail, you might not be able to send emails even if you can receive them. When you try to send a message, this alert may appear:
"Cannot send message using the server smtp.xxxxx.com"
This happens if the Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) server, used for outgoing messages, was incorrectly entered with the first account even if it was correctly entered for the replacement account.

Resolution You should first verify that the network connection you're using is the correct one for the ISP that you want mail to communicate with.
  1. Open Mail.
  2. From the Mail menu, choose Preferences
  3. Click Accounts.
  4. On the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) pop-up menu, choose Edit Server List.
  5. Delete all entries for the SMTP server that is mentioned in the error, and click Done.
  6. Configure the current SMTP server by clicking Server Setting.

    Note: If you need to use multiple SMTP servers for multiple Mail accounts, see this document.
  7. Send a test message to your email address.

E MAILS FAIL TO GO

Dear Geoff, There can be multiple reasons for this. When you reply and error shows up it can be:

a) Your internet speed is slow and your email client has not been able to send your message.
b) Check the email address you're sending the email too. Recipient email address can be full.
c) Check your email settings to ensure that your outgoing and incoming mail servers are working.
d) If you are still facing problems maybe you can make new email address on relatively more user friendly websites like Yahoo, Hotmail or Expedia.com.
