If you subscribe to Caller ID service, your phone can block calls from up to 20 specific phone numbers. This is called the BLOCK LIST. It can also block any call that does not provide a phone number with the Caller ID. This is called CALLS WITHOUT NUMBERS. In either case, the caller will hear a busy signal, and the call will be disconnected.
To add phone numbers to the BLOCK LIST:
When the phone is idle, press MENU/SELECT.
Press VOLUME? until you see Call Block, then press MENU/SELECT. Block list is displayed. Press MENU/SELECT.
Press VOLUME? until you see Add new entry, then press MENU/SELECT.
Enter the complete phone number of the party you wish to block, then press MENU/SELECT.
Enter the name of the party, then press MENU/SELECT.
To activate the CALLS WITHOUT NUMBERS feature:
When the phone is idle, press MENU/SELECT.
Press VOLUME? until you see Call Block, then press MENU/SELECT.
Press VOLUME? until you see Calls w/o num, then press MENU/SELECT.
Press VOLUME? until you see Block, then press MENU/SELECT. All calls without a phone number will be blocked.
Please call your phones service provider, they may charge for this service. Just because the phone is capable of caller ID function doesn't mean it is a free service.

If you have the Caller iD service on your plan, and your phone is filled with your contacts, then the two work automatically and calls coming in on your list will be displayed as you entered them. Calls without any info will only display the most basic of info they allow like just a name, or just a number. Sometimes neither if they choose to block Caller iD. Caller iD is a cellular service and not a hardware function. Check with your service provider.
Try to erase your phone's voice messages. Press ERASE 2 times while the phone is not in use. Caller ID is being activated by your phone provider. To use Caller ID features, you must subscribe to a Caller ID service. Contact your service provider/telephone company for details.
Caller ID is a service that costs extra from your phone provider. check to make shure you have subscribed to that service. that information can be found on your latest phone bill. if it is not listed in yor charges then you have not subscribed
You have to subscribe to the Caller ID service of your local telephone company or you cellular phone provider. And your telephone set must be able to display the information.
If you subscribe to a caller ID service through your phone provider, you can block specific fax numbers so the device does not print faxes received from those numbers. When an incoming fax call is received, the device compares the number to the list of junk fax numbers to determine if the call should be blocked. If the number matches a number in the blocked fax numbers list, the fax is not printed. Set the junk fax mode By default, Block Junk Fax mode is turned On. If you do not subscribe to a caller ID service through your phone provider, or do not want to use this feature, you can turn off this setting. To set the junk fax mode ▲ Some models have a Block Junk Fax button. Depending on the model you have, do one of the following: • Block Junk Fax button: Press the Junk Fax Blocker button, select the Block Junk Fax option, and then select On or Off. • Color display menu: Press Setup, select Basic Fax Menu, select Junk Fax Blocker Setup, select Block Junk Fax, and then select On or Off. Add numbers to the junk fax list There are two ways to add a number to your junk list. You can select numbers from your caller ID history, or you can enter new numbers. The numbers in your junk list are blocked if Block Junk Fax mode is set to On.
To use caller Id, you will first have to subscribe to caller Id service from the phone company, unless the phone is part of an office system
