I have a Delphi SA10177 RoadyXT in my van. Only gets 2 stations now. It works after being refreshed then as soon as I turn it off I lose my subscription signal. I even upgraded by subscription. Still the same results. My wife's roady XT does not do this.

Turn the radio off using the POWER button on the radio and turn it on with the POWER button on the radio as it tends to lose settings and it's brains if you turn it off an on with only the car and start the car with the radio automatically on. Use the Power button and it will solve many problems like this. Let me know how it works out for you.
You need to buy a subscription. If you already have a subscription, call XM and request that they 'refresh' you radio. Leave it on Ch1 for 1/2 hour, then test for ch 175 and ch7 and you're in business.
No battery. Always turn it off with the POWER switch, not just pulling the plug on the radio or taking it ouf out it's base. Using the POWER switch, then it will remember for a little while.
Go to refresh.xmradio.com and insert your radio ID and click submit, it will send a refreshed activation signal to your radio and you should have your channels back within about 15-20 minutes
i figured it out with help from a delphi service rep.! you need to go into the menu and reset to factory default.this will erase everything you have changed from the factory settings, but once done you can reprogram your settings and they will stay. step 1-enter menu step 2-reset factory default settings step 3-reprogram your preset stations,FM freq. colors etc. step 4-use power button on the roady to turn it off.once the roady shuts down turn it back on with the power button. step 4-now you should be able to turn the key off without erasing your presets.
I need to get my Delphi XM Roady, Roady2, or RoadyXT repaired, where can I take it?
At this time, Delphi does not currently have an authorized repair center. If you are within your one-year warranty period, please contact the Delphi Warranty Center at 1.877.GO.DELPHI (1.877.463.3574). Hope this is helpful
Called service and they asked if I had a remote close to the unit, I did and they suggested that the battery was low on the remote possibly. I took the batt out of the remote and several hours now with no channel changes or shutting off. the second thing was to make sure that the power adapter was giving steady current.
If your roadyxt came in a red box then you need to hook up the XM SureConnect to your vehicles antenna. The instructions that come with it are simple and straight forward. Your FM transmitter will not work unless you hook up the sureconnect
