After going through several tricks I finally find out that there is a black slider on the plug of this fan, slide it out and look inside there will be a fuse , just take one end out with some hair pin or tweezer and put it back, that will take care of the problem.

My Dyson Bladeless Fan/Heater is displaying E7 after a few minutes of running and then shuts down? It is brand new (a couple of months old) and been run about 3 times.

If your Dyson fan isn't turning on at all, it's worth double-checking it in a different power socket, just to ensure it's not the socket itself which is at fault. If your machine has a plug which includes a fuse, we'd also recommend checking this.

Dyson bladeless fan circuit burned out
First, you need to make sure that the faulty component is the ceramic capacitor. Then check to see if it's broken.
Use the multimeter and read the voltage on the capacitor leads. The voltage should read near 9 volts. The voltage will discharge rapidly to 0V because the capacitor is discharging through the multimeter. If the capacitor will not retain that voltage, it is defective and should be replaced.
