Malibu 120 has photoeye.
At night, the darkness causes photoeye to turn lights ON
Lights located near to the photoeye can cause the photoeye to 'think' it is daytime... so photoeye turns lights OFF...
Then it's dark again because lights are off... so photoeye turns lights ON.
The cycle repeats ON-OFF all night long.

Problem is after a few minutes i lose all sond comming from my speakers

Not likely a grounding problem. Run a test: Turn on unit with NO sound into the mics and wait 5 minutes... now try the mics. If they start working for a few minutes, then the amp is being overdriven. These small systems can be overheated and a thermal protector shuts them down to protect them. A hidden problem is if the mics are in front of the speakers you MIGHT have ultrasonic (above hearing range) feedback that may be overheating the unit. Put your speakers nearer the audience and mics behind. If problem persists, exercise your warranty.

Reset security system on 2003 chevy malibu

PASSKEY LOCKOUT RESET GM CARS 1999 UP
1) Put the key in the ignition and turn to the "ON" position. Leave it that way for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes turn the key and take it out. Repeat this process (2) more times (3 times, 30 minutes total) This should reset the PASSKEY system to recognize your key.
If this doesn't do it u have a part failure and need to have the dealer test the system.

Theft system 2000 malibu ls

try this: turn key on, crank starter for 1 second, leave key on for 10 minutes. after 10 min. shut key off and repeat 3 times. (on second try, crank a sec. or so longer, the reprogram may take off right away. if not, repeat make sure battery is strong, key could be on for 1/2 hr. sometimes engaging emergency brake before key is turned on prevent daytime running lites to come on to save battery power (if equipped). been through it, thought i'd mention it
