2004 Ford Explorer Sport Trac wires that I need to bypass to the aftermarket amp.

That usually causes a whole heap of troubles because the amp and radio are connected to the BCM and are part of the computer system. Things like turn signal clickers and door open chimes are actually part of the radio / amp system.

Hooked up my amp it has power but power light won't come on won't power up front speakers work and have sound but it doesn't move to back

Make sure the remote wire is hooked up. You can run a small wire from the power terminal to the remote terminal. If it powers up, then you have a remote wire problem. You can run a remote wire from the blue power antennae wire of the deck.

How to install Scosche - 2-Channel Adjustable Line-Out Converter

If it is an active converter and not passive, you should have three power wires, black goes to ground, yellow to battery, and red to the remote/amp (blue) wire off the deck. Then there should be four input wires. These connect to your speakers, white-white/black to left, grey-grey/black to right. Black line indicates ground, or (-). Then simply hook up the RCA jacks to your amp! Caution: the Scosche only accepts 80w of power, 40 per channel. Otherwise you rick blowing the converter, possibly the amp (usually a mosfet), and then possibly the subs, though not likely.

Stock Speakers wont work with new stereo plzzzz HELP

U have a Factory audio auxiliary amp in the truck, the radio is just a head unit with a preamp feeding a main amp, that is behind the right rear 1/4 panel trim panel in the cargo area, if your new sound unit has preamp outputs use them, other wise u must wire around the Ford factory amplifier.
