Does this only happen with Facebook? What browser are you using? Are you accessing it from your phone or a computer. If you are using an app on your phone removing it and reinstalling should resolve your issue. If you are using a computer I would try a different browser.
I would first try removing the facebook app and reinstalling. If it still detects the incorrect account after reinstalling, check in the settings app and make sure it's not signed in to the incorrect account.
In addition to the app, the actual phone can be signed in to a Facebook account. Open the Settings app and then scroll about halfway down. You should see Twitter, Facebook, Flickr, etc... - make sure the Facebook settings are correct as well.
The facebook application may have froze.
Easy fix is to uninstall the facebook application and reinstall it.
You should be able to log back into facebook and use it as usual.
This issue may also be caused by a failed update to the facebook application.
you need to log onto facebook via the computer. go to settings, then apps, choose candy crush click the x to delete app. not the content. once that is done reinstall candy crush on your device. it should start to work. since facebook had got a whole new change things started not syncing properly. this is the fix
