If you want to try a simple solution, Go to Settings, Wireless and Networks, then Turn on "Airplane Mode" wait until you see an airplane on the top status bar of your phone... then Turn OFF "Airplane mode"
If that doesn't work, and you want to reset your phone, take it to the place you bought it or any place that is on your carrier.

Try connecting your S2 with the usb cable provided to your desktop/laptop. If it starts recharging, then it is definitely your charger thats done for. Get a new charger...

Hello,

first, test th charger with another phone to confirm if its working or not.

If the rempte is working, then it means the charging port of your phone is defective and needs to be replaced.

While you have your web browser open, touch the settings button that has the lines next to the home button, then it should have more options like bookmarks, Windows, etc.. there should be settings, touch that and scroll down til you see accept cookies. Hope this works.
