The pay pal account registration form asks for a pin number ,I provided all the other information ,but I do not have a pin no. and that is preventing the copmpletion of the account. ?? I spoke to the bank and they do not a pin numbers for accounts. I supplied the pin number I use at the atm machine but that was rejected ??

Pin numbers are all different and not all will work with your bank's atm for security reasons. This is why you should write everything down. Call PayPal back and ask them to help you reset your PayPal account.

Register my new Panera card

To register your Panera card, you will need to access the registration page on the Panera website: https://www.panerabread.com/en-us/uramp-registration.html

It will ask you for an email address and password. This will be the information you will use to log into your account after this process is complete.

The required information they will ask for is:

Your first and last name
Your address
Your phone number

They also ask for your birthday, for birthday related rewards but you do not have to provide this.

Then you will input your Panera card's numberv and Reg code. Once you have completed the form, click on Join Now. This completes the process and registers your card.

Whoever did set up your account had to provide a sign in name and then a password for the account. Ask the person who set up your accounts to provide you with that information so you will have access to your account.

How do I send my 4 digits as requested to Pay pal to confirm my credit card

If you are trying to pay with a credit card via PayPal, it asks for the same information as any secure site: the account number and CVV code. The CVV code for most cards (Visa, MC) is a three-digit number printed on the back of the card. For Amex, the confirmation code is the four-digit code on the front on the right side just above the account number.
If you think you are trying to pay for something via Paypal and the payment form does not allow you to put the CVV or confirmation number in properly, it might be a scam page. Check the URL for "https:" not "http:" If your don't see that "s" in front of the colon don't type in any card information - if you already have sent credit card information to a http (not https), contact your bank and tell them your card might be compromised.

You must provide a security question, which the bank will use to retrieve your log-in details in case you forget it.

Complete the registration form.

Cannot access my account. Was told to go to steps to remove limitations. Cannot find the form for steps to remove limitations.

If you can not login into your account, then send a support email by clicking the "support" button at the bottom of login page.

If you can login into your account, go to "resolution center" and provide the information needed for you to remove the limitations. Commonly, they will require you to provide information regarding your credit card information.

I think the people who could help you more with this concern would be paypal themselves so they can check on the transaction with the item number and it may also help if you can provide them with your account information.
if you're from the USA click on this link to get to the paypal website log in with your paypal credentials and they will provide a Secure Web Pin which you will be asked over the phone to ensure that you are the account holder. (the phone number should show up after you log in)

My pal pal account has been closed .They owe me money Ebay say if pay pal reistae the account I will then be able to sell on ebay once more.I have now instructed the couts to take action on my behalf...

Your paypal account would not have been closed without due cause. It may be worthwhile asking paypal what is going on, as ebay is only acting on that information.

How to pay for items on ebay

Have you got any payment from fixya?

Sorry, been busy of late and hadn't checked my email.

I was emailed a tax form, which I filled out and faxed back to a number they provided, and they just sent the money via paypal to my email address. It was actually very simple.

I received it in the first week of the third month I was there. So if I expect you'll receive yours some time in the first week of February. I'm not sure exactly how much work it is for them to calculate payments, but I don't think it's entirely automated, so it takes a few days.
