An old welding torch is not exactly valuable and I certainly wouldn't use it unless it is in excellent condition and I didn't have another more modern and much safer model, though if you have the complete kit you certainly have an interesting curiosity.

The complete kit comprises the gas mixing handle, the welding stem and a selection of jets or nozzles and usually a cutting stem and at least one cutting nozzle. There is usually a nice box and a set of jet cleaners to complete the set.

Check the orientation, then align the whatsit with the thingummy and slide the two together.

Yes if it is "Vixen" style dovetail.

Manuals of Sears products are available through their 'Parts Direct' system and have been resonable in price. The last one for a riding mower cost ~$7.00

go to ryobitools.com and type in your model number for a parts schematic and owners manual for this tool and you can order replacement parts. Good luck

Remove the rear sight the receiver should be dove tail cut.Take a small hammer and tap the edges then you will have to tap the sight back in.This is how I fix then in shop,Good luck!
