The power button doesnt work on visual land prestige pro 7D tablet, what can i do?

I have tried the reset button on the back but nothing happened, cannot do a hard reboot with the power button not working? Please help me

SOURCE: MY VISUAL LAND CONNECT 9 TABLET IS FROZEN. I CAN GET IT TO THE DEAD ROBOT BUT IT WON'T GOT TO THE CHOICES TO RESET

Press up and down volume buttons at the same time and the options should show up.

SOURCE: who can fix my visual land internet tablet for cheap there is no operating system and when I do factory reset it tells me there is an E: error .........

If you can't take it back to your dealer, try contacting a computer science teacher at your local high school or community college and see if they can put you in touch with a student who could help you out. That would probably be the cheapest option.

Try removing the battery and replace it then restart it.

I found this forum from searching about the prestige 7 and watching the videos ... It showed the charging animation for a few mins and then went off. ... I'd like to figure out what the problem is as I quite like the tablet and it was half .... prestige pro 7d won'tturn on. ,. visual land 8q has power but will not turn on. prestige 10D wont turn on after charging help!

Will not go past company logo on start up

turn it off and turn it back on. If it is doing the same probelm there should be a small rest button on the back of the device. this will get it out of freeze mode.

How do i unfreeze my tablet

Hold down power button until shuts off. If freezing continues then has a virus. Go to app store and download avast and do a full system scan. If can't do that then do a factory reset. Back up everything on computer first. Hold down home button, power button and volume down at the same time when powered off. After boot screen release only the power button. When a screen loads use volume keys to navigate to factory restore and press power button then wait till done. If volume down doesn't work then use volume up instead.
