Paper Jam with no Jam

One of the Common error for (Papper Jam) in printer is Error 0x000003eb.

Error code 0x000003eb indicated printer connectivity or printer installation error. If you are trying to install a printer driver but keep getting Error 0x000003eb prompted, make sure you have logged in as the administrator of the computer and then try installing the driver. If the problem still happens, try the below solution steps to solve this problem. The error message doesn't give you much information as it just says unable to install the printer and gives you the error code 0x000003eb.

The Error Message shows you: "Unable to install a printer. Operation could not be completed (error 0x000003eb)"

The printer connectivity or installation error 0x000003eb occurs because the drivers are somehow got corrupted or incompatible.

There is an actuator type sensor between 1st paper tray and reg sensor.sometimes a piece of paper gets stuck there. Open the door on right dude and shine s torch down u may c a piece there. If not go into service mode and do an smc print and identify sensor with jam and test it in input mode.

An error code showing that there is paper jam alert, but no paper is in anywhere in the machine except in the tray.....I have checked all areas, taken the back carriage of the unit, opened the top and opened the machine. removed the paper tray, everything, but there is no paper stuck in the unit

You may not see a paper jam.

This may work for you, it has worked for many here I given this advice so gave it a try it could work for you. Generally when this happens, something has fallen into the printer, or a piece of paper has been jammed in there.

First step, remove the ink cartridge, and turn the printer upside down and gently shake it, see if anything comes out.

If nothing goes, or you can't hear anything rattling around, get a piece of cardstock paper (60lb or heavier) and gently push this through the printer, to see if it will help push out what might be stuck in there.
And gave the rode that the ink slides on a good clean and maybe a bit oil on cloth and wipe the rod with it.

It appear from here that the exit sensor may be dirty and you can use canned air and blow it out.

You may also be missing the paper out sensor that is located at the bottom of the printer oposite of the paper tray when you pull it out. When the flag arm has fallin out, it will give a false paper jam error when the last sheet has printed from the tray, not knowing or detecting that the tray is now empty.

check paper jam error you need do:
1) between paper input tray and cartridge check any pieces paper
2) between cartridge and fuser area do same thing
3) check fuser and pressure roller(near fuser) any pieces of paper there
4) after fuser to output tray
all above step checking for avoid any pieces paper obstruct any sensor through all paper road, so that cause jam error

Yes there is some micro piece of paper is under a sensor somewhere Get serious and pull it apart, what have you got to loose! Inkypete

I have the same problem - every time I turn on my printer now, the alarm signal shows up with "Paper jam" but when I check for jammed paper, there is none. So I think there's something faulty with the printer. Is there any way to reset it? I've looked everywhere but can't find it.

the paper path may have some jam. It may have some solid particle or paper that's causing disturbance.
If not the paper moving mechanism is having problem.
Better get your printer serviced.....
