No Backlit. Replaced Power Supply Board

Well, not completely true; the fluorescent backlight is still a high voltage device, even if only hundreds of volts instead of kilovolts, and either the lamp(s) or the power supply for it (them) is causing the dropout of your picture.
When it does it next time, look at the screen from various angles, I think you will see that video content is still there.

I have the same issue with my LG 42PC3DVA and I narrowed it down to the Y SUS board. After a little research there are a few items that are prone to go. The ceramic fuses (as you found), sometimes the capacitors on the Y SUS, Z SUS, and power supply go along with them You can tell because thy will be bulged at the top instead of flat. I replaced a few of my capacitors - they are only $0.89 each so it was MUCH cheaper than a board.
The other thing that is common on the Y SUS in particular are the FETs (also called MOSFET). They can be replaced if you are good with a soldering gun but they are static sensitive so be grounded. They are also a bit tricky to test so you may want to do some research on how to determine if this is the issue... or you can just replace the whole board.

Check to see if you get Va and Vs voltages from the power supply. There should be some wires running to the y-sus. A couple of those wires will be labeled va and vs. Are they present? There will be a sticker stuck to the panel somewhere telling you what they should be.

is you already change the power board,is possible

Did replacing the power supply board work?
My 50ga6400 started doing the same thing a month ago. Backlight led turns on for welcome lg "life's good" then goes out. Using a flashlight I can see that the LCD is has images. I'm finding most suggest to replace the led driver board.
