Problem with a purchase via pay pal. 12 Jan15 from Winzip, via Cleverbridge.Have twice filled in
Have filled in paypal complains but was asked for the URL.
when found paypal site had gone.
bought program from Winzip via Cleverbridge 12 Jan 15.
Tried since with much help from Win zip to activate, but activate key keeps being rejected.
Gone on long enough want my money back please.

does this site have a pay pal payment option ?
if yes click on pay pal and when you get to the pal pal screen there may be an option that says I don't have a pay pal account.
click on this and you will go to a pay via pay pal using a credit card screen.
I had paypal disable my pay pal account and once they do this they give you absolutely no way of getting it enabled. So I used the above method to pay via pay pal without a pay pal account.
get a credit card - you could go down to the post office and get a load and go card. Very handy for internet purchases on sites without pay pal option. Works like a credit card and you can go into Post office and to pit up with cash. You could also hook it up to your pay pal account or add a bank account to your pay pal account see my other answer for more info on adding a bank account to pay pal as you posted this question twice.
If Mary Kaye does not have a paypal payment option contact them via email and ask if you can send the payment via email via paypal.
Log into paypal www.paypal.com and then click on log in
enter your registered paypal email address
and password
and there is an option to send a payment via email in the paypal account screen.
if mary kaye website has paypal then select pay via paypal and the website will redirect you to a paypal login screen. then log in and authorise the payment and then you should be redirected bak to mary kaye site. ALWAYS look for HTTPS:// on URL for paypal . Make sure paypal site is via an encrypted connection before entering in password

How did you pay ? open up a dispute with the seller contact the bank or establishment you used to make the transaction with all details at hand to make a claim or to start a dispute.
i don't know why you bothered purchasing win zip when there are freeware alternatives available on the internet.
Once you purchased the product, an invoice will be sent via ebay from the seller.
Once you check your paypal, you will see an invoice/bill about your purchase product.
I will suggest you complain directlty to winzip support or wait a while and try again; the issue may be from their server. And meanwhile, if you urgently need to use zip application, try download jzip from:- http://www.jzip.com/beta_download.php its free and effevtive.
i would recommend using a credit card that way it is easier to obtain a refund through your bank than it would be via paypal. Be very careful using paypal i have had them rip my off charging my credit card and i am not even a member!! At least it was very easy to get my money back and my bank suggested i get a direct debit credit card and have a zero balance only putting funds into that card when i want to make a purchase. Desputing funds through the bank is a simple and relatively quick process but paypal a gamble indeed. Hope i helped.

you must apply for a pay pal account,
they will let you know how much you are allowed to used.
After you purchase something in the ebay or any other item in the internet it is safe to pay with pay pal account, but be careful these so many SPAM, pay pal will NEVER ask you neither for you account #, SS# if you received something FISHY report it to
