You are not giving any error codes or messages from the printer, so I can't pin point the error. But you could try to check all contacts from the cartridges and in the printer, because jus a small piece of paper, sticky tape or dust can destroy the communication, needed to let the printer do its work. Al contacts should be clean and shiny. Make sure the cartridges gave a little click when you pressed them in place.

HP Deskjet 5150 poor print quality

For poor printing problems I suggest you run the Tap 10 diagnostic print test (see link to video below).
If the new (or refilled/reman/compatible) HP 56, 57 or 58 ink cartridge refuses to print black/color and/or function at all (i.e. blinking ink light on Deskjet 5000 series printer) or fails to complete the printer alignment following cartridge installation, then the ink cartridge either has a connectivity issue with the flexible printed circuit cable (inside unit where cartridge mates with cable), the rear cartridge contacts or cable contacts are dirty with ink residue, or the cartridge is suffering from marginal internal electrical performance. It is suggested you perform the TAP 43 (and TAP 10) DIAGNOSTIC PRINTER TEST to evaluate the ink cartridges electrical performance. Visit Inkjet411 support site to see instructional video: http://inkjet411.com/?page_id=2358
NOTE: For the HP Deskjet 5000 series printer models, when you get an HP 56, 57 or 58 integrated ink cartridge refilled (i.e. currently offered at Costco or Frys today) or if you buy a remanufactured/compatible HP ink cartridge, the ink levels are not initially reset. However, continuing to use an ink cartridge which displays LOW INK alerts is permitted by the printer, simply select OK, CONTINUE or DISMISS when these alerts are observed. Now, it is possible to reset the ink levels by performing the procedure outlined on Inkjet411's site: http://inkjet411.com/?page_id=1915
To clean the HP 56, 57 or 58 ink cartridges please visit the Inkjet411 site which provides recommendations on how to clean the electrical contacts, flex driver cables and how to perform a hot water flush of the nozzle plate (refer to video): http://inkjet411.com/?page_id=1519

My HP D1560 Deskjet Printer keeps blinking and computer says Cartridge Problems but I have refilled my ink cartridges like I have in the past---what do I do ? It won't let me print ? Ahhh Help

First of all understand what is cartridge the you can solve your problem your self in future if related same: The cartridge contains two parts 1. ink tank, 2. Pen(electronic nozzles controlled by mother board).. Ink tank contains ink & main source to pen to write,.. if ink is over you wont get any image.Ink is there but pen is not writing then no use..both conbination has work to gether to create image..As you said ink is there, but pen is not working due to ecetronic nozzles are faulty & this information with mother board, that's why its indicating that replace the cartrdige..And we can't repair it because of micro technology.
See fig: 1. Container, 2.Nozzles. 3. Electronic contacts to control nozzles..

Full refill ink cartridge, but full level is empty

There is no way to reset the ink levels on this type of cartridge. As long as your printer still prints the cartridge is functioning properly. You should be able to check a box that says "ignore ink levels" when your computer pops up the box saying your cartridges are empty. Print until the ink runs out.

How do I change ink cartridge on my HP inkjet 6500 wireless printer.

Hi, When using refilled print cartridges, the Estimated Ink level and the Printer Status Window may indicate that the print cartridge is out of ink. Either continue to use the print cartridge until print quality degrades, or replace the print cartridge with a new HP print cartridge.

The methods of replacing the ink cartridge of the printer follows here:
Open the printer cover
The printer ink carriage will automatically goes to center
Once the carriage is in the center, the printer was ready to replace the ink.
Pull the down slowly the ink tank off the carriage..
Remember the place where the color/black position.
Remove each tank one at a time, and replace the ink with a new one.
Close the printer cover and it now ready to printer.

I used to refill the ink cartridge of HP Deskjet D1460 by injecting ink. The problem is the level of ink is not resetted to full level, its still very low level. However, the printer prints normally

Close the top left pin at head contactor (1 pin only), with tape. Plug it in head carriage. Unplug it. Close to top rigtht with tape too. Plug the head. Unplug head. Remove all the tape cleanly. Plug again. See ink monitor.

Hp 818 print cartridge show incompatible after refill, or show problem with print cartidge. how to use them after refill without any problem

Whoever is doing refill for you should know that HP cartridges have electronic sensors that measure level of ink. They should have procedure with which they either reset the counter or "fool" the cartridge to work after refill.

Basically, you can't do anything yourself.

I have a new HP Deskjet F4280 bought 3 weeks ago & the blank ink cartridge was empty & I refilled it in a store & placed it back but printer recognise that the cartridge is empty & it does not have a chip.

You cannot reset the ink level for the HP 60 ink cartridge. Simply ignore the ink level indicator if you refill your cartridges. It is only an estimate of the ink level anyway. See pg 72 of the user manual.

My printer can't read the new ink level after refilling

The ink level indicator is only an estimate to give you an idea when it's time to buy a new cartridge. You cannot reset the ink level indicator so simply ignore it if you refill your cartridges. See pg 72 of the user manual which you can get here: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c01374711.pdf
