I was given a homedics percussion action handheld massager with heat. It won't work at all. It does nothing!

Check that you have power and that there is a lit LED when a massage attachement is put into the top. Otherwise check this link for further instructions and power issues.

SOURCE: homedics programmable percussion massager with heat

The motor is Jammed
Try Taping it or banging it lightly
if that don't work im sorry ether needs repair or buy a new one

Hi, you will need to replace the transformer and diodes that manages the power supply.

I have a Homedics handheld percussion massager ( pa 100) that barely works. I have to jiggle the power cord to get it to work and have to hold the cord a certain way to keep it from turning off. Does...

The cord may have broken wires internally and needs to be replaced. It comes from constant flexing on one point.

Which heads to use for what

The Manual says the heads are color coded:
Black = Soft Massage
Medium Grey = Medium Hard Massage
Light Grey = Hard Massage
Red = Heat Massage

Can Homedics Therapist Select? Shiatsu Pillow with Heat be used under 220 V power? Thanks

If it is set up for 110 volts, you should not use it on 220. Most likely you will burn the motor out in a matter of minutes.
