Computer is sayin the mp3 is full but there is nothing on it

I recently formatted my MP-725 4GB mp3 and after formatting, i tried to put on the music on the device an the computer keeps telling me that the player is full but there is no information on the player. Also when i go into properties it is telling me that there is no free space available on the player and that all of the used used space is gone. When in actual fact the player is completely empty. Can u help me please???/

Suddenly my centon 4GB wasn't allowing me to add mp3s to it as it said it didn't have any more space but I knew it did because I had just deleted a couple gigs. I figured out that there's an "invisible" recycle folder on the mp3 player that has the files you've deleted still stored in it.

To fix do this:

1. plug your mp3 player into the USB port.

2. Find out the letter of the drive it appears as.
ex. let's say the external drive it appears as is F:\

3. Now go to:

Start
Run
Type in: F:\recycled

4. Click on File on the top toolbar

5. Click Empty Recycle Bin

Your free space on your mp3 player should now successfully be retrieved!
