When inshirting movies dvd in dvd player showing message on dvd players screen no disc and cant play movies dvd why?

I have a Philips HT3510 I want to convert into multizone. whats the code and how would i do it

This is not a fault. Some movie burned formats might not support the player.

Try cleaning the lens with a DVD cleaning kit.

Where did u bought this DVD player?US,Canada,and Mexico?The DVD disc. used NTSC region format.Asia,Europe,Africa,and the Middle East.The DVD disc. used PAL region format.They can't be mix or it will not play as u find out.If u move in and out to another region of the world.U must have a regions free DVD player to play either NTSC or PAL regions.

when the dvd is inserted it shows up no disc so it is not loading

TThe player does not play this type of dvd disk! only pre-recorded movies and CDs Try hooking Up a player that plays DVD+ and DVD- disks!Hope I was of help!

sound is not working

sound like the wire to the parking brake may not be getting a ground.if it not get a ground it will no show a picture on the screen. it so you cant watch the dvd while driving.
