I've reset the phone, the router, and the monator. I canceled the WiFi on my phone and reconnect. I tried from 2 feet away to up 10 feet away but that doesn't help.
You should test the connection with another phone, tablet or wireless computer, to exclude the router. If the other device also suffers from the connection, you know it must be the router. Only when you 100% certain (Don't make assumptions, always test) it is not the router, you could start with the phone, like to reset it or setup the complete connection again.
B.t.w. when your phone does connect to another router and works fine, agin that would be prove your router needs all the attention.
