It sounds like your lid switch is not working correctly, look to see if there is supposed to be a finger that protrudes from the bottom of the lid and enters a hole in the top of the washer, this is a safety switch to ensure the lid is closed, it is possible the actuator finger is broken or missing, If this is the case, I have heard of people manually actuating the switch to finish the load, I am not suggesting that because there is a safety issue, but it has been done. Your washer might not have an exposed actuator,it could be hidden under the washer top, but the LE error code indicates the lid is open.

Sorry but with such a 'basic' fault it is virtually impossible for anybody on this forum to remotely guess what is wrong with your washer.
It could be internal wiring/plugs sockets, control panel switches and/or control PCB.
I fear that your only real option is a service call as the engineer will have the right equipment to safely diagnose what is wrong.

Hi I have a NW-893a and my control panel only lets me go on one setting and needing a new one were can i buy one please

take the top off and follow the mains cable to where the cable is connected in the terminal block it could have come loose or the cable itself is at fault check the wire from the plug terminals to the terminal block eric

This error is related to the pressure sensor


check connections or replce pressure sensor

Check at the water source end of the hose and make sure the filter is not occluded. Both hot and cold. more likely the cold side as the hot water may disolve the particles more easily.

If all else seems good you will have to replace the sensor

Apparent malfunction in the timer circuits. Specific Component replacement not available.

Our nec washing machine nw 891 leaks water into drum when finished , I think it needs new washers, is this hard to do?
