Netflix is not available immediately on your Wii when you first turn it on; you must download the program from Nintendo's Wii Shop before you can begin using it.

Select the "Wii Shop" channel on the Wii's main menu and choose "Start."
Select "Start Shopping" and choose "Wii Channels."

Select "Netflix Instant Streaming for Wii."
Select "Free 0 Wii Points" to begin the download.
Choose the location where you will save Netflix.
You can select either the Wii System Memory or an SD card.

Select "OK" and select "Yes."
Your download will begin, and a Netflix channel will appear on the Wii's main menu.

Select the "Netflix" channel, located on the Wii's main menu, and choose "Start" to launch Netflix. The first-time setup screen will appear.
Select "Yes" to indicate you are a current Netflix subscriber.
If you are not, you cannot use the service until you sign up at the Netflix website.

Enter your Netflix email address and password. Select "Continue."
Select a television show or movie in any category to begin watching it instantly.

Error 52031: It's possible that the wireless security pass code for your home network may have been changed or is entered incorrectly on the Wii console.

you can call netflix 24 hours 1-866-636-3076 and they can walk you through it on the WII
but basically you need the internet first with charged game paddels

You basically goto:
Wii Options at the bottom left corner of your home screen, then Wii Settings, Click the right arrow to goto the next page, Click Internet, Click Connection Settings, Click Connection 1, Click Wireless Connection. Click Search for an Access Point. Click OK to view the found access points. Select the Access point for your wireless internet, enter your encryption key, click Ok and then OK again to save settings, and then OK again to test the connection.
If you have done all these setups make sure your selected network and encryption key are correct. If you have an error code search on that error code online.

Hi there. To install Netflix on your console do the following:

PS3: Go to the Playstation Store and search for Netflix. Download the App, and once done install it. Follow the onscreen instructions and there you go.

Wii: Same thing but search for Netflix in the Wii Shopping Channel.

Xbox 360: Same as well but search for Netflix in Video Marketplace.

Nintendo has a pretty thorough troubleshooting website in place. Your specific error code led to this.

Once you fix your internet connection issue, Netflix has a channel that can be downloaded via the Wii Shop Channel. Assuming you have a Netflix account, you'll be able to stream movies through your Wii using this channel.

You will need to login to your Netflix account and request a Wii disc from them. Login and click on Instantly to your TV, scroll down to the picture of the Wii and click on find out more. They will mail it to you and you use it like a game. You must have internet connectivity on your wii to stream movies. Add movies to your instant que on Netflix and then watch them on your wii when the disc is inserted.
