Question about Jenn-Air Ovens
My wife and I bought a used, late model Jenn-Air double oven recently. Discovered that the control board was shot, so we replaced it with a re-manufactured one. Everything works fine now, except there is a loud buzzing noise coming from the top of the unit whenever it is in use. If I turn the oven off immediately after turning it on, the noise stops. But, if I let the oven heat up to cooking temps and then turn it off, the buzzing noise persists until the cooling fan shuts off. Is there a relay associated with the cooling fan that could be causing this noise?
There is a cooling fan for upper and lower oven they run at the same time no matter which oven in use it is fed from the oven manager no way to trouble shoot without pulling oven out some models use same fan for both so you could have a blower on hand remove back panels to access fans take a lead off fan to determine which one noisey

SOURCE: I have a Whirlpool double
Strange, I would have thought it was the thermostat (temp sensor as you call it).... It may be the actual electric portion of the control panel itself malfunctioning... There is not much behind the control panel that could buzz aside from the control panel itself.
Check out the part I believe you need here, this site is really handy for this type of thing:
It is number 6 on that list there... the CNTRL-ELEC they call it. You sound very capable so I would say try and replace that, I bet it'll fix it right up!
