You will not find a manual for this small telescope. The manual only has assembly instructions. It does not tell you HOW to use the telescope, or how to focus, or how to find objects in the night sky.
Read my TIPS and then read this: http://www.texasastro.org/telescope.php
Buy these two books from amazon.com
Turn Left at Orion
and
Nightwatch
Also go to this web site and join for free -- http://www.astronomyforum.net/
You will not find a manual for many of the smaller telescope brands--
however Meade maintains a web site for all of their manuals. Go there
and find one that is similar to your style of telescope and down load
it for free.

Also try to find a local Astronomy Club and attend their star parties.
Most of these small telescopes assemble exactly alike--
Here is Meade's telescope manual web site-- look around under Refractors and Reflectors for one that is similar to your telescope..... it should help you.
This appears to be a Newtonian style telescope on an equatorial mount-- they all work and assemble pretty much the same.
Look around the Meade manual web site for a similar assembly manual-- probably this one-- http://www.meade.com/manuals/TelescopeManuals/Reflectors/4504.pdf
Try the other eyepiece first-- no one can fix that scope which is imported. No repair facilities or replacement parts. Next time stay away from those types of scopes-- buy from one of these NORMAL scope retailers--
