If you are referring to the BIOS password, you may reset the password by removing the CMOS battery.
If you are referring to the Windows Login password, please follow the below steps:
you may crack(reset) the password by using the "Ophcrack" Application.
http://ophcrack.sourceforge.net/
Ophcrack is a free Windows password cracker based on rainbow tables. It is a very efficient implementation of rainbow tables done by the inventors of the method. It comes with a Graphical User Interface and runs on multiple platforms.
You may download the Application and burn it on a Disc.
Once this is Complete, insert the Disc in the Computer.
restart the Computer and select the CD/DVD Drive as the primary Boot device from the Boot options menu.
then, follow the On-screen instructions.
This will automatically reset the password without deleting any personal Data.

Forgotten my computer access code
If you are referring to the power up access code screen that comes up when you first turn on your computer, it can be erased by removing the disc type button battery located on your motherboard. Make sure computer is un pluged from the power source. Remove the button battery for 30 seconds. Re-install it and power the computer up. It will boot up normally. If you are referring to a lock out of your Operating System, you will need to purchase a password recovery / reset program and load it into your computer during start up using the boot drive options selections located in your start up / set up menus. Its usually called: Boot Options or Boot Drive Options

You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. There are very useful utilities CD and it a Linux boot CD which contains quite a lot of Utility programs including a password removal program. Hi dcalchin...

1. Keep pressing "F8" as the laptop computer starts.
2. When the window "Advanced Boot Options" opens, choose "Safe Mode" with arrow key and confim by pressing the Enter key, then PC enters the Safe Mode.
3. Once you are in the Safe mode Click "Administrator" on the Windows login screen.
Take note that you have set the Administrator password before, you need to input the changed password instead of leaving "Password" field blank.
4. Then click Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Select the account that is locked and change the password.
5. Restart laptop and login into the account you just created using your new password.

Hello. I am having a password issue with my acer aspire 5715Z. I haven't turned my laptop on for about 7 months and when I try to log on it keeps saying the account is disabled and i need to contact...
There are several possible ways to reset a windows password. The first thing to try is this:
1. Power on the computer and tab F8 continuously until the boot menu comes up.
2. Select "Safe Mode"
3.When the login in screen appears there should be an account labeled "Administrator". Select this account. It may require a password. If it does, and you don't know it, then you will not be able to use this method to reset the password.
4. If you are able to get into the account, then you can go to Control Panel and access the user account settings. Since you are under the Admin account, you will be able to change or remove the passwords of any users on the system.

If you can not access the Admin account you will have to use the windows install disk that came with the system, and the instructions will vary based on which version of windows you are using.

enter ##626# and hit send button. it will bring u to option to select nam1 or nam2, select nam1.. go to next screen, enter in the sdc code which is 000000, (6 zeros), enter or next screen, make sure that mid is same as ur cell number, go to next screen, it will show ur number again, next screen, will be sid and nid numbers... they are what they should be, go next screen, then i think there is option to be done, view, edit choose done, next screen then it will program by itself. powering on then off, bringing u back to same screen with the same window of initial programming needed, just go to enter code, and enter the last 4 of your cell number, and it will let u through,.. just remember to go back in to your phone options menu and change the nam setting in there back to nam1 also. then it will power off and on again. program should be complete... you can always also dial *228 and option 2 to reprogram your phone again to

hi sir have you done restore factory settings firstThe Nokia 2160 series hand portable CMT uses an EEPROM NAM that can be programmed directly from the standard user keypad. In order to access the 
NAM, you must enter the special access code currently programmed into the 
phone. Once the programming mode is accessed, NAM parameters are loaded 
by entering them into the display and "storing" them to selected memory 
locations. Be sure to obtain all parameters before proceeding. 

EASY NAM PROGRAMMING 

1. Turn on phone. 

2. Enter the Easy NAM access code. Access code is: *#639# 

3. Verify the display now reads "Cellular Number" and enter the 10 digit 
MIN for the phone. 

4. Press the softkey under the word "OK" in the display. If less than 10 
digits are entered an error message will prompt you to reenter the 
number. 

5. Verify the display reads "Enter code" and enter the five digit SID 
followed by four zeros. (Example 001750000 is a SID of 175 followed 
by four zeros). An error message will display if an incorrect entry 
is made. Do not add more than four zeros to the code. 

Note: Change the Lock code by adding a pound sign and new lock code after 
the code. (Example: 001750000#7788. Lock code = 7788). 

Change the Language code by adding a pound sign (#) and new 
language code after the code. (Example: 001750000#2. Language = 2) 

Language Code: 0 (default) = English, 1 = French, 2 = Spanish, 
3 = Portuguese 

Change the Lock code and Language code by separating each set of 
numbers by a pound sign. (Example: 001750000#7788#2). The SID = 
00175, Lock code = 7788, Language = 2 (Spanish). 

6. Press the softkey under the word "OK" in the display.
