I have a kitchenaid KEMc308 Superba Electric oven and micowave combo. Just had the light &door spring replace. Now, it gives code F2 E0 for 60 second and then give code F2 E1. I checked the key pad ribbon connection and it seems fine. no button works on the key pad but it did before. Do I need to replace the touch pad? Is it expensive?

Just got error code "fe02"

Hello,

The F2-E0 error code means that the computer thinks a button on the touchpad is stuck. Sometimes this can be resolved by making sure the touchpad connector fits tight into the control board. The F2-E0 code can be cleared by pushing CANCEL/OFF. If it returns the touchpad needs to be replaced . GENE

KEMC308 Microwave oven door

Had the same problem and bought the part online. It's not difficult to replace, simply hold the door by the handle as you loosen the 2 screws. Put the face of the door on the floor and remove 2 screws holding the plastic insert. You will have to remove the front vent panel (2 Screws) just below the microwave door. Then you might have to move the oven vent over to get to the final 2 screws on the bottom of the plastic panel. Once you have the palstic panel off the springs are exposed, simply look at how it is placed in the holder before you remove the damaged one. Replace and then re-assemle the door.
