Can you connect it to your usb port on your computer? if so try to connect and use it. dont worry about charging it just use it to see if its working ok. i dont know why they put a battery that is not replaceable in those. you must send it back to them to replace, I keep mine on power all the time. check this out first and see if its a malfunction or works ok.

Keeps showing lg screen and flashing

Android is corrupted. You need to factory reset it. Hold volume down and home buttons while turning it on. You can let go of those buttons once the screen changes to the Android loading icon.

This will erase everything from your phone - so good idea to keep things backed up for incase it happens again.

Near as I can figure, this happens when:
- phone battery is allowed to die
- pull battery from phone when it is still shutting down (hard to tell when it's finish)

When I went to shut it down it had a few programs to shut down. I waited a few minutes then closed the lid down. It is now flashing on the first light symbol on the corner and when you open it up it turns...

Sounds like it is stuck in hibernate mode. Hold the power button down for 5 seconds and try to start it again. If it doesn't start remove the battery, unplug the laptop, hold the power button down for 60 seconds. Now plug in the power supply but leave the battery out. Turn it on. It should start now and you can re-insert the battery.

Hi i have a soney vaio, and when the compter

Does it do this on the wall power supply?, I suspect not?, It may well be in the Power Settings for the system, but if on battery sometimes the screen dulls right down to save battery, and the lower th battery the duller the screen... If at home, it really should be plugged into the adapter, and really only used off adapter when out, not near power. The power settings ACPI and used by Windows. seems to be to dowith it as you say BEFORE Windows loads, it is OK, after it is not, so it must be a Windows setting?

Zen V Plus locked up, will not shut off

After 3 1/2 hours, the battery went dead. I waited a couple of minutes, then plugged it into my computer to see if the battery would charge. It started charging. A few hours later I went back to check on it, and it showed a full battery. I disconnected it from my computer, and turned it on. It came on, but the screen just said "Low Battery". I then plugged it back into my computer, and the screen said "Rebuilding Library". I left it for about a 1/2 hour, and it was done. I unplugged it from my computer, turned it on, and it works now!! Hope this helps out everyone else who has the same problem.

Volume control

Tap the screen on the bottom left side (while it is showing you where you are on the map). It will bring up a volume screen, and you will hear a sample voice message. You can raise or lower the volume immediately at this point, but if you wait more than 3 seconds the screen will go back to the basic navigation screen.

Get 0 road analysed then system shut down and restarts on its own.

Reset the unit by pushing a bent paperclip or pin into the hole on the bottom marked 'reset' turn it back on, plug it in & charge it via USB overnight or as long as you can in the car, make sure the led on the top is green, tap the bottom right of the screen & check the battery symbol on the unit says charging underneath.

If this doesn't help.
contact them about the problem...
