You can put slight tension on the handle then hit the safe with a sledge hammer, if you hit it in the right spot it will bounce the pin out enough you can open the door. This works on most electronic safes.
Assuming the safe is open, you can access the battery from the rear of the safe door.
If the safe is not open, you can open the safe with the key that was supplied when you bought the safe.
If you have not got the key, and the safe opened recently, leave the batteries to rest for a couple of days and try again. The lock should open for a short time, allowing you to open the door and then to replace the batteries.
Usually there is a compartment on the inside of the door that holds the batteries.
