I recently had a similar issue. My children's bedroom gets very cold because their windows aren't properly insulated. I'm planning on having someone come out to make sure the entire house is insulated. http://www.climaticinsulation.com/en/spray_foam_insulation.html

The best I found is polyisocyanurate sprayed between studs which per square foot will be very expensive in your case. One small job I did a large closet and did not put any HVAC vents and worked great.
We used one layer of 1/2 inch Rmax foil face and 3 inches iso board from roofing supply in outside walls and attic ceiling. Fill all cracks with Great Stuff. Cover all with drywall. Owner was happy for not running any new ducting in his nicely finished basement. A joining room keeps closet temp comfortable.

If you have enough room behind the stud wall install 1" rigid foam tape seams and then use the thickest possible roxsul insulation to fill the studs. Or axe the foam and install 6mil plastic on warm side of the wall after insulating tape all seams when done.

Underground Exterior Wall Water Leak

First of all, why did you post in cars and trucks? Secondly for anyone to be able to help you, they would need you to paint a better picture in their head of the problem. it sounds to me like you need a professional to come in and inspect where the water is coming from and how it can be corrected.

Un insulated walls

That insulation is a very sticky mess. The hole size that you want to drill is not going to be big enough. You are going to have to get creative with trim and you should use a dry blow in insulation. The R value of the expansion foam is not as high as a blown in substance. Also using the expansion foam will leave gaps in the open space.

I want to frame a closet do I just need 2by4's or should I use 2by6's

Framing lumber for interior non-load bearing walls is typically 2x4 in house construction. Even load bearing interior walls often only require 2x4 framing, but could require 2x6 framing depending on the load they carry(the load is how much weight of the roof or upper floors is being supported by the wall). Sometimes 2x6 framing is used for interior walls that have plumbing drain pipes to make it easier to fit them, likewise if the interior wall has heat/air ducting in it. Another reason to use 2x6 is to allow better sound proofing or higher insulation rating. If none of the special cases I've cited apply, then 2x4 is what I would use to frame a closet.

Hello, if you have a humidifier running along with your furnace than it is set to high and must be turned down. Usually this is what causes condensation to form on the windows due to a big temp differance and humididty between the indoor air and outside air.
