480 is not listed in any OKI manual. However the closest to it refers to paper size mismatch. Check your driver setting especially paper size. If in UK make sure its set to A4. if in USA then yours is letter size.
cant print thick three paper in duplex unless you go manual print one side stick in draw then print other side thick three is like a pizza box duplexer for a 350 is less 6" of room.
Please follow steps below on how to print 2-sided on your printer:
Printing on both sides of the paper (duplexing) automatically:
Press .
With a document open, click File > Print.
Click Properties, Preferences, Options, or Setup.
Click the Print Layout tab
From the Duplexing area, select Use Printer Settings from the drop-down box.
Make sure the light is on.
Click OK to close any printer software dialogs that are open.
Printing on both sides of the paper (duplexing) manually:
With a document open, click File > Print.
Click Properties, Preferences, Options or Setup.
Click the Print Layout tab.
From the Duplexing area, select Manual from the drop-down box.
Select the Print manual duplex instructions check box.
Press Start.
The printer prints the odd-numbered pages and the instruction sheet, which describes how to flip and reload the paper.
Following the instruction sheet, flip and reload the paper with the printed side facing away from you.
The printer then prints the even-numbered pages on the reverse sides of the odd-numbered pages, completing the two-sided sheets.
Note:
button is not functional with a Macintosh operating system. You can print two-sided documents with a Macintosh operating system by using the settings in the Two-Sided menu of the Print dialog.
Automatic two-sided printing (duplexing) works only with plain paper in letter and A4 sizes. If you want to print two-sided documents on another size or type of paper, use the manual duplexing method.
To return to single-sided printing, make sure the light is not on.
Ten flashes:The Cassette is not installed properly/Cannot perform duplex printing
When loading from the Cassette, install the Cassette properly and press the RESUME/CANCEL button.
When performing automatic duplex printing, the size of paper may not
be compatible with automatic duplex printing. The sizes of media
suitable for auto duplex printing are A3, Regal, 11" x 17" (Tabloid),
B4, A4, Letter, 10" x 12", 8" x 10", B5, and A5". Make sure that the
size of the paper loaded in the printer is correct. Pressing the
RESUME/CANCEL button will eject the paper and restart printing from the
front side of the next paper. The reverse side of the ejected sheet will
not be printed.

ir2016 is allready A3 size copier.you can change tray setting.pull out tray from machine and then set A3 paper on it according to paper you must change blue lever position from A4 to A3.then close your tray.now you can work with A3 size paper
for double side copying you must be installed a "duplex unit" which is not come with standard machine.It is an optional unit.after that you can make double sided copying.
So you're saying it will only pull paper from tray 1? This is likely because there is some setting that makes it think the paper in the other tray is not "normal" -- either thick paper, or a different size, or recycled. Check the paper type and size settings in the printer's menu, and also check the settings in the print driver.
The other tray that you want to duplex from is capable of duplexing, right? On some printers you can only duplex from specific trays.
