Panafax UF-8000 not responding, energy saver light flashing.

I have a panafax UF-8000 uf8000 that hasn't worked since it was moved. When you power the machine on you can hear the engine warming up until its finished. The only thing that lets you know the machine is on is the energy saver light which flashes on and off. The lcd does not display anything, pressing the buttons on the keyboard doesn't do anything finally and most importantly the machine can't send/receive faxes, copy or print. Any advise would be appreciated, thank you in advance.
