Hello dear assistant, we purchased Peg Perego Pliko P3 and Primo Viaggio. Everything looks beautiful and worked fine. Until we put Primo Viaggio on Pliko P3. It was easy and intuitive and everything set down as it should. Now we have only one problem, which, I'm sure, is just the matter of concentration :). We just can not put it out of Pliko. It at where it should, but I can not find any button we should press on Primo to release it. Please help if there is a way. And there is, of course!

Hi, I figured I would post the outcome since I was searching for resolutions. I called Peg Perego. The piece that is cracked on my Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SIP Infant Car Seat is the top of the center section of the headrest. The representative said it can be replaced with a new headrest piece for $32.99 (including shipping). The new piece does not have stryofoam though. It's just a heavier material (almost pillow-like). The representative that I spoke to, however, said that if the styrofoam was a clean break (meaning not in a whole bunch of pieces) it's still safe to keep it together under the cover and use the car seat as normal. Apparently, that's not what's really protecting the baby anyway. To be honest, I don't even think that I broke the styrofoam while taking the cover off, I think it was broken beforehand probably by just use and the weight of the baby. I will get some styrofoam glue and duct tape and just secure it, and put my sparkly clean cover back over top of it. I think it's fine for use. Thanks and good luck to others with this issue out there!
