SOURCE: I have an intermatic/malibu low voltage outdoor

I think you can add any Malibu 12V lights rated for the 300 W power pack. Make sure that the total output stays below the 300W limit.
http://www.malibulights.com/ and click on Products and the different available lights will be detailed with the voltage and wattage.
You just have to click on the category, then the specific light and Product details.
This tier light would be acceptable http://www.malibulights.com/Products/Detail.aspx?category=Low+Voltage+Lighting&subcategory=Tier+Lights&sku=8301-9200-01&series=TIR-2009-1&seriesname=Cast%20Metal%20Tier%20Light&id=195

This flood light can also be put on the system
http://www.malibulights.com/Products/Detail.aspx?category=Low+Voltage+Lighting&subcategory=Flood+Lights&sku=8301-9602-01&series=FLD-2009-2&seriesname=20W%20Cast%20Metal%20Flood&id=206

I hope this helps.

SOURCE: Intermatic Inc. ML121RT Low Voltage 121-Watt Power Pack with Timer: I've had malibu lights for around 4 years,I have ...

If other lights are working the power pack is OK. Usually, as in your case, if changing the bulb doesn't work, check the connection where the light ties into the main run.

SOURCE: Describe your Inc. ML121RT Malibu

If clock has slowed down or is running reversed or gets stuck on the tripper, then clock motor has gone bad.
There are no replacement clock modules for this product, but product comes with warranty.
Work-around: Buy cheap plug-in timer, set power pack to override, and plug power pack into cheap timer:

I just bought a house that has an Intermatic ML121RT timer for the exterior lights. It seems to be operational, except that it is missing the little tabs to set the on and off times. How can I order...

http://www.malibulights.com/home.aspx

I've not been able to locate replacement parts for anything Malibu except lights and complete power packs.

I don't know about making tripper pins at home. I guess a lock-picker could do the job, but that skill might be more useful if you make a key to fit your electric meter.

The new Malibu power packs are digital. They don't have the dial-type clock.
Intermatic used to make Malibu, but they are not associated with the Malibu product, which is made in China, which means we will soon see a pacific-rim knock-off that doesn't even have a website.

Malibu TDC PTST-30012 turns on in the middle of the day

1) Contact malibu lights directly.
Their site does not acknowledge TDC PTST-30012, so I cannot access a manual with best information.
Their products come with a warranty.
http://malibulights.com/customer_service/contact_us.aspx
http://malibulights.com/customer_service/owners_manuals.aspx

2) If unit can be set to override, you can buy cheap photo eye timer, and then plug power pack into cheap timer, but there is no guarantee this will work, or that power pack will burn out.
http://www.amazon.com/Intermatic-HB61RC-Digital-Outdoor-Control/dp/B00004W4X5

3) Buy ordinary power pack with dial-type timer, and then buy photo eye that fits.
http://www.intermatic.com/products/professional%20lighting/light%20expressions/accessories/ml814drp.aspx

http://store.nexternal.com/intermatic/categories.aspx?Keyword=ML814DRP&x=15&y=10

4) As electrician, I would not buy anything that costs more than $15 that comes with built-in photo eye that cannot be replaced.
Especially something as buggy as a low voltage power pack.
