Hi there first of all does the speaker have any obvious "Power" Buttons secondly you may have a volume/on-off switch which turns the device on when you turn up the volume. some speakers can only be used with a remote

lastly can i have the model number of this speaker? (should be on the back or the bottom) so i can look into this speakers manuals ETC

When you pair the speaker to the phone the Operating system on the phone becomes aware of the Bluetooth device. An APP is needed to transmit the music over the bluetooth to the speaker. The documentation that came with the speakers should have information of where to get the APP.

Had do you this on a jabra bluetooth speaker that was dropping the bluetooth and it fixed it ?
do not know how it .lost the pairing by itself but re doing the pairing fixed the jabra

You can only press the EQ button and listen for a VERY slight difference. There is no read-out...
I called Polaroid (I am actually on the phone at this moment with customer support) and they said, in effect, it is not a very strong function on that model.

Hello my Polaroid tower won’t come on when it’s plugged in. Please help

hold the button down and it will change to blue, then you need to make sure your phone is connected to the speakers bluetooth. then when you play music off you phone it will come out the speaker. the red light is for aux mode - where you plug your phone or ipod in.
