I need an owners manual for a model c 950000 jacuzzi steam shower

All questions need full 'make model (what is is)'.

This model number seems to have a lot of hits and different names.

take the drain plug out and remove the hair. Once you remove the hair from the drain your water will drain from the shower.

There is a repair kit from Jacuzzi, should be just a bad washer. I would contact them. They may send you the kit @ no charge.

some shower bases require additional support,I would call jacuzzi and explain the problem.If 6the unit required more bracing you will probably have to reach the contractor who put the unit in,then go from there,but this day and age it is hard to get satisfaction cause no one wants to be liable for labor and product.good luck hope you get satisfaction from one or the other!

They also have a phone number you can call if you don't see your model manual listed. I was able to get an owners manual for my 94 Blue Ridge from them (even though my spa is pre-jacuzzi). It was a pretty generic manual, and they charged 5 bucks for it. It doesn't have any schematics, just operating info.

What I recommend to you is to contact a supplier that handles these units. They might be able to contact the vendor for the product to try and get more info for you. To be honest, I think your electrician is being a little unreasonable. I would consider finding another electrician. I realize he doesn't want to miswire something and then have to replace it but it would take a complete knuckle head to mess up the wiring on a motor. My opinion though!
