You have not provided enough of a problem statement to get a good answer. (1) Has this machine ever worked well for you? (2) Are you sure you are using the right kind of thread (sometimes the shape of the thread base makes a difference (3) Have you experimented with different settings for thread tension using junk fabric? (4) Are you using the same thread in the bobbin as well as the top thread?

The thread underneath when sewing is too loosed

Usually thread too loose on the bottom is caused by the upper tension being too loose. The top and bottom tensions work together with the top thread making the underside of the stitch seem too taunt or too loose and the bobbin thread causing the top side of the stitch to be loopy or too tight. Select a large zig zag stick and sew a couple of inches. Then examine the stitch. It should look identical on both sides. Look to see which side is drawn too tight, the zig zag being smaller on that side with threads from the bottom threads pulled through. Then adjust the two tensions so that they make a uniform, identical stitch.

Also, when the bobbin tension is right you can hold the bobbin dangling by the thread and it won't spool out to the floor but will let loose a bit with a slight flick of the wrist. Too loose it will just spool out. Too tight and it won't drop at all. When you get that set right then do the above zig zag test to see where the top tension should be set.

The underneath stitches are loose

When you see loose stitches underneath your sewing, it usually means that the top tension needs tightening. Write down where your tension disk is before you turn to a higher value, then sew. Keep doing the above until you reach the correct top tension. The reverse of this would be loose stitches on top which means the bobbin needs to have the tension screw increased, little at a time, about 1/8 ". Sew and repeat until the stitches are equal.

The stitch is out of adjustment.top stitch is too loose

Check the upper tension unit for loose threads or fluff. This causes the discs not to completely close when the presser foot is lowered.

My machine

Hi there,

Step 1. Set the upper tension tighter by turning the dial slightly to the right, or looser by turning the dial slightly to the left. (Or by using the electronic control if the sewing machine has one.) This adjusts the tightness of the main thread.
Step 2. Set the lower tension slightly tighter or looser using the dial or electronic control. This adjusts the tightness of the bobbin thread.
Step 3. Cut a small scrap of fabric, preferably the same type you want to sew with.
Step 4. Sew a few test stitches on the scrap. Examine the stitches to see if they’re too tight or too loose. The stitches should lie flat against the fabric, without pulling the fabric or making loops that stick out.
Step 5. Repeat Step 1 to Step 4 again as needed.

Good Luck!!
Thanks

After a few stitches my machine quits

The problem you are having is with the sensor on the top tension unit. There is a sensor that registers the movement of the spring which lets the machine know that it's sewing. When the spring either sticks or the sensor moves out of position because of vibration, the machine "thinks" that the top thread is broken. The machine needs to be taken apart and the top tension spring checked to see if it still has enough pressure to return to it's starting position, or to see if the sensor is in it's correct position. A trip to your service tech is required

Loose stitching underneath. HOW CAN I FIX!!!!

Sounds as though you may have a burr or rough spot on the hook where the bobbin inserts. Run your finger along the edge of the hook to see if there are any rough spots.I'm sure you're going to find at least one from the time you broke the needle.Once you locate it, remove it with an emery stick or small sharpening stone. Polish it so that it is smooth. Should work okay.

BOTTOM STITCH IS ALWAYS LOOSE

If the top stitch is loose, then you need to tighten the bobbin tension: if the bottom stitch is loose, tighten the top tension. Hope this helps. It could also be the size needle and thread you are using for a particular fabric. Different fabrics require different notions.
