How do I use my Doro PhoneEasy 618 in South Africa?

Check out the device manager in the control panel and see if an unknown device is listed and then goes away when the Doro is unplugged. If that happens it will be a driver issue and you will need to get the latest driver from Doro and install it on your computer.
