It is very hard to say where the leak is coming from. If you can open the case of the machine a physically notice where the water is leaking from then we can tell you if you can repair it yourself or if you will have to find a service center.

SOURCE: Gaggia classic espresso machine doesn't
Don't be annoyed, but the first thing is to eliminate possible obvious reasons.
First -- Do you have the water reservoir filled?
Second -- Is the Steam Toggle (the middle black button) turned on? If so, that's the problem. Turn it off, then turn on the far right button -- the machine should purge steam from the group head which will turn to water quickly.
Third -- do you have a blind filter in the portafilter? That is, is there anything other than the filter basket inside the portafilter handle?
Can you get water to come out of the steam handle? To do this, open the steam valve (the round knob on the side of the machine) by turning it toward you. Then, turn on the machine using the third black button. You should hear the pump running and water should flow through the steam wand. If it doesn't, my guess is that the pump is shot.
There is not an awful lot involved in engineering terms in the system, so if water is not coming out at all after trying all of these things, you're going to have to have it serviced by someoe who can actually address the pump issue. This can be done at home, but if it's under warranty I wouldn't hassle with it.

The o-ring on the bottom of the water tank is either missing or not seated properly.
SOURCE: low water light stays on
If water light and heating lights go on and off, Try this: Fill water, turn water nozzle on, let water flow out. Water light should go off. Shut off water.
If coffee lights are solid, turn off the machine, let it cool off and try the above again.
