It is possible. What you do is eliminate the unit and all the wires and wire the engine direst to the kill switch You need power to the coil from the kill switch, that's all. the second wire is ground, or depending on the design the kill circuit may be the ground side of the circuit. in any case the wire on the coil is positive power. you should find it fairly simple to eliminate the remote system if you think of basic requirements for the machine to run. Most remotes simply cut the power off. You will definitely need to connect 2 of the wires together. Judging from your pic I would cut all the wires and connect same color wires together.

I would eliminate the remote system. Cut all the wires going to it and connect the same color wires together. don't worry about the black wire.

Hpw to re wire a 50cc kids quad bike?

I would suggest you look at it as one circuit at a time. I don't know what is on the bike like for example, horn, tail light, head light, brake lights, you get the idea. the main thing to know is that the wire from the magnito is simply grounded to shut the engine down. So wire it that way, either with a key switch or push button, or toggle switch kill switch.

I have a dinli mini Rex 50 cc quad that is what the starter is doing and it does not start quad what could the problem be

Hi richard flores

Your problem is the "throwout gear" or sometimes refered to as the bendix....
Remove your starter and lubricate the shaft that has the gear on it with a good grade of lubrication oil such as 3 in One oil...This will solve your problem

How to install an electrical wiring to 49cc atv

I think you want to put a light on it??? you will need to install a battery to do it right. BUT you can run a LED light right off the magnito. connect to the wire to the wire on the mag that goes to the kill button, Start the engine and check the voltage, if it is more than 14 Volts you need to install a rectifier to drop the voltage down. You can do it with a good resistor if its not too high. Remember... the engine is designed to make enough power to run the engine only. A LED light uses 1/5 the power of a incandescent light so that might work for you.

Hi i have a dinli 100cc quad bike .the quad will nt start and there is no ignition i have checked the spark plug so can you help me if you can i will be very happy

I assume that is a 100cc, 2 stroke ATV? If the starter motor is spinning, and you just don't have any spark. First, replace the spark plug. If that doesn't fix it, then you may have one of the following problems: Bad CDI, Kill Switch or Rip Cord Shut off switch, Frayed wire shorting out, cracked/damaged spark plug cap, bad coil or coil wire, bad stator. My bet is on the kill switch and/or Lanyard/Rip Cord shut off switch or the CDI. You can bypass your shutoff switches to see if they are the problem by either disconnecting the wires or connecting them together(depending on the type of system you have). CDI's routinely fail on small engines and generally cost about $20-$70, depending on the style. www.solanocycle.com
