You should not have an echo. Can you try pairing with another phone to see if you have the same experience?

You may try resetting the headset ( ELITE FLIP Reset to factory default )

1)Turn on the bluetooth headset.
2) Turn on bluetooth on your phone. It starts looking for bluetooth devices in the vicinity. Your headset will be detected as "bluetooth headset" or "Motorola H12 Headset".
3)Once its located then select it and follow the onscreen instructions like choosing a passkey etc., to complete the pairing process.

You will never be able to pair the d200 to a phone or another device, for this is a a2dp bluetooth dongle, that´s why it works with your headphones.
