Download the attachment to the hard drive and open it with the correct program . If the file is .exe do not open it could be a virus.
What sort of operating system and what type of file extension is it. IE XLS, DOC, PPT , ?

sometimes opening an attachment from email doesn't load the whole document and can take a lot of memory usage in the p.c. ram. By downloading it first it downloads the full document onto hard drive memory rather than the p.c ram memory. You can get the same problem viewing pdf files in web browsers and run out of memory in ram.

Why does my printer only print the top half of the page when printing emails but prints the whole page from word or excel?

If you are having a problem printing an email page, click the printer icon on the actual email page or app that offers a printer-friendly copy of the email. Most email pages are not printer-friendly in and of themselves but require input from you_ ie. clicking on the printer icon on the email page. Hope this helps_ it did for me!

I cannot remember my e-mail password. Can you help me?

The fastest solution is usually to go to the website of your email provider and find the Help button. Sometimes in small print at the bottom of the page!

I don't know if I need to download Adobe Reader. What is it for? I use my computer mainly for emails.

If you download and install Adobe Reader, you can see .PDF files like insurance cards for your automobile for instance. Emails don't require .pdf file capability, usually, but traditional printed documents available online are usually put into the .pdf file format.

Printer will not print from email

if you wan to print an email . go to the actually web page ...and try from there ...do not try to print from outlook cause it has an encoding that might not be read by the printer ...specially for attachments ...
if you wan t to print an attach ment ..save it in the computer first ...
if you want the whole page ...print it from the website of the email service ...and use file(left -top) and print ...for yahoo for example you can print from the page directly by using the print job on the right corner of your email ...Im sure that for about any email service there is a thing like this ...
in sort ...usually is best to save any file that ya want to print into the computer before..
