I have a vizio L13e tv trying to connect to a universal remote need to set ip address please help

Question edited for clarity, 'Manuel' is a Spanish gentleman, 'manual' is the book of instructions.

Not all universal remotes work with all TVs, if you have followed the instructions that came with the remote it doesn't work with your TV, instead of trying to program a remote order a factory remote on ebay for around $5.00

To help you and let you know the default IP address of Vizio router is (192.168.1.1)
Now to help you connect the internet connection by configuring Vizio router, please follow the step-by-step instructions given below:
- Unplug the power cable from your high-speed Internet modem.
- Connect one end of the Ethernet cable (included) to the number 1 port on your router.
- Connect the other end to the Ethernet port on your computer.
- Connect an Ethernet cable from your high-speed Internet modem into the Internet port on your router.
- Plug the power back into your high-speed Internet modem and wait 30 for seconds and power on your router with the included power adapter. Your router will automatically turn on.
- Wait for 30 seconds for your router to fully connect and open an Internet browser window (such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari).
- Type http://vizio.home (or 192.168.1.1) in the browser window and press Enter
- The Quick Setup App will automatically start. Click ACCEPT and CONTINUE.
- From here you can: Click Print to print your configuration.
- Click EDIT SETTINGS to make changes to the Network Name, Security Type, Security Key and Network Status.
- Click Manual Settings to make changes to the advanced settings of your router.
- Click EXIT to close the Router Settings App.

The IP Address for your TV comes from the router to which it is connected. Generally it should be 192.168. abc.yyy

If the TV is already connected and with a working router (wired or wireless) you should be able to see the IP address value on the TV using Settings > Network Status (or the like) with the TV remote (not using Set top box remote)

if you trying to use universal remote, you may find web address, printed somewhere on the remote control. Appeal to the site and retrieve your codes. If not, there is a site: "remotes.com". You shall find there picture of your remote and codes table. If you trying to use cable or "dish" remote control, you may need to contact provider for help. "dish" will allow you to program TV right of "setup" portion of the "on screen" menu.Worst case scenario: get another universal remote and try not to lose the codes table.

The documentation that came with my U-Verse equipment doesn't list Vizio products, but I have been using 1343 which I saw suggested on another website. AT&T's support site has a new code list (http://www.att.com/support_media/images/pdf/uverse/set-up-code-list.pdf) showing Vizio under the TV section as 1489 and in the HDTV section as 1429, 1433, or 1439.

None of the codes listed for Vizio work with my Vizio LCD(model VO370M), but the 1343 code I've been using successfully is listed in the new list as an LG HDTV code.
