SOLUTION: First, verify the print cartridge
shipping locks (orange ring attached to the toner as shown below) have been removed from the print cartridge(s) in question.
Second, verify the front and back doors of the printer are properly closed. If the
shipping lock has been removed, all doors are closed, and the
Remove shipping lock from XX cartridge error remains a unit exchange is the recommended solution.

The problem is that I didn't replaced it with brand new one, but just changed toner and chip, and I think think that it is impossible to appear such message, so the problem must be a different one.
