I have a dacor erd30 with a code of fo. what do i needto fix it?

Ive tried nothing yet it just beeped then the temp will not adjust.

Try looking in the user manual for the code explanation.
Contact Dacor if it's not.
Try shutting off the breaker for a few minutes to see if the code clears.
Did the code appear after a, "Clean" cycle?

F3 error. Beeping wont stop.

Hi miketack,

If your Dacor is getting an F3 error code and wont stop beeping this is because of shorted oven temperature sensor or RTD. You can fix this by checking sensor harness and harness connection between oven sensor and oven control. In case that wiring is ok you need to replace oven temperature sensor (RTD). You may contact Sears for the replacement part at 1-800-252-1698; M-F 6:30 AM-10:30 PM - Sat 7:00 AM-9:30 PM - Sun 7:30 AM-9:30 PM - All times Central. Just get your model number ready when you call.

I have a dual fuel Dacor ERD30 range that will not stay hot. Lately, it will heat up to the desired temperature and beep to indicate it is ready, but then will not hold the temperature. And strangely, if...

Sounds similar to what mine is doing.
Since Dacor uses the gas broiler to preheat the oven, the problem is that the lower heating element isn't getting power.
I took out the element and verified that the element is still good, but no AC voltage coming from the relay board to the element.
Try setting on the Pure Convection mode - it will probably heat up and hold the temp fairly well - that still doesn't do any good if you need to bake something covered (convection modes are useless for covered container..
