It was not wet or anything and i dont understand but it froze while downloading a picture. then i took the battery out. the when i put it bak in the screen is messed. it is white with some black streaks. :( please help me ,. not sure if i put the right product in down below but it is the chocolate flip.
I had a similiar problem and i took the battery out and my sim card and left them out for a few hours then i tried putting them back and mine seemed fine, did you try charging it? I would give verizon or watever service you have a call and if they dont pick up bring it down, they may be able to help. I would replace it.

I have the same problem. But i had solved it. I use a lighter to burn on my viewty's touch screen, and it is working properly again within 30 secs. And ofcourse, do not burn the touch screen without a screen protector. Hope this solution would help.
just put the battery back in and once it connects and you have the G up in the top right corner, everything will load back onto your phone. that happened to me today and i was so mad, but everything came back.

it probably froze try and remove battery. if that dont work turn it on and wait a second then hold the power switch in the off position but do not let go until it turns off that should completey restart it.
