On their web-site, you can find instructions for synchronizing the hands to the digital section. You'll need to load the instruction for the "module" of your watch, which is found on the back.

Press the lower left knob till it shows 'H.S.' and then release. Then press the upper left knob once and release. Then press the lower right knob continuously. The analog setting starts.

I found a hand setting mode. Press lower left button 6 times until the readout shows HS. Press and Hold Upper Left Button (A) until flashing. Press lower right button (D) to move the hand forward. Press upper right button (B) to move the hand backwards.
