Charging problem while charging after 30 sec. my phone(SAMSUNG SGH-X640) stop charging stop.. there is a display "PAUSED BY TEMP". CAN YOU HELP HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM

Oh i thing x640 is a problem maker phone ! i will answear you but i want you to answer me and my question !
first your answer : maybe your batterys life is finished , if not : maby your phone have a crash with floor ! if not , if it is a softwear problem you can master reset your phone by a code .

NOW YOU SHOULD ANSWER ME ! :
MY X640 CAN NOT CONNECT TO PC COMPUTER ! I INSTALLED ALL OF PC STUDIO 1 AND 2 AND FINAL OF IT 3.1.3 ! AN I TRYED USB AND ALSO SERIAL CABE BUT MY PHONE ONLY SHOWES ME IT IS CHARGING( it is like i connect it to charger ! ) ! not mor!!! i need help please answer me sooooooon to my email : [email protected]
