hello ... i need to find a remote control to tv cello c3275f .... but i tried by internet and i can not find anything ..... can you let me know how i can find the code or where i can buy the tv remote control for that tv.... thank you

Hi, Cheri Torres with DISH Network Customer Service here. I unfortunately did not find any codes for a Cello TV. You can try running a power scan in order to find the correct code for your TV, I will list here for you the instructions. Instructions for running a power scan

1. Press and hold down the TV mode button until all other Mode buttons light up red
2. Press 500 on your number keypad
   
3. Press the pound(#) button once.
   
4. With the desired equipment on, press and hold the TV Mode button until all mode button back lights light up red.
   
5. Press and release the big red Power button.
6. Press the Up button once a second while pointing the remote at the desired equipment.(press, release, press, release)
   Note: If the code for the equipment comes up, the equipment will power off.
7. Press the POUND (#) button as soon as the TV turns off. If the code entered is valid for the remote, the mode light flashes three times.

This modern design will work with all 73 and 51 series LCD TV’s that use the RC08 and 09 remote handset and will operate the following satellite boxes:

• Sky Plus
• Sky HD Plus"

Is it possible it has locked itself? It can be locked in 3 ways according to manual.

1. by pressing the remote's stand by key for more than 3 secs.

2. By programming an auto stop.

3. By putting it on stand by after programming a wake-up time.

Flashing "red on" indicates it is locked. It can only be turned on by the remote. Press any number key on the remote to unlock it.
