Try cutting power to the indoor and outdoor units for a couple of minutes. Restore power and see if the error returns. The A1 error for this line of units indicates high compressor discharge temperature, which translates to overheating outdoor unit.

If this error code remains after a hard power reset, it's time to pick up the phone. Either you have a refrigerant leak which has resulted in a loss of freon, or a blockage in the refrigerant plumbing that is backing up pressure in the system. Both conditions will require a major repair by an authorized service tech to get your heat pump up and running again. Could be low discharge temp or high discharge temp. The first thing you should do is measure discharge temp of air when you have it running. You should have a 20 degree difference between room temp and supply air temp. If you do not, then have flare nuts connections checked. Most likely a small leak in connections from install.That is the first step. If low, leak gets fixed and a new charge weight in per name plate factory charge

Check error code is correct as this extremely rare. Possible fan motor fault instead. If error code is correct, replace indoor controller pcb.

I have a Fujitsu ASTA18LCC with 3x operation and 4x timer light code.

This is an "outdoor temperature thermistor open/short" error.
An easy and cheap fix but you will have to buy the part from Fujitsu.

you need the detail code to e18 to determine the exact error.

First generate the error code again , then hold down the document thickness keys together.

The display should change to a two digit numeric .

The red is blinking 8 times and green 4 times. The error charts states PFC circuit error. How can this be fixed ?

Power off at the isolator for 10 mins then switch back on and try again. If error code persists, then it is most likely the controller in the outdoor unit.
Excessive voltage of DC voltage on PFC circuit in inverter PCB is detected, or the excessive current in the circuit is detected.

How do I fix error EA1 code on my samsung microwave

I assume you have this in a motor home/RV that's where they were used mostly. That error code is not a standard code. If you call Samsung you will be told it has to be serviced by a tech and they don't know what the error code is. In 4 years I've never been able to find a answer to E A1
besides have a service tech look at it, and mostly/always they end up recommending replacement.
If someone else at FIXYA knows different I too would like to know.
Sorry..don't like being the bearer of bad news but I wouldn't want you to throw parts/service at something and end up replacing it anyway.

I have a fujitsu AOTR30LCT, when turned on the green timer light and the red power light blink 3 times. Only the fan works and does not cool.

Error c0de-3.Return air thermistor short circuit.
This sensor when it's defective, will not command for compressor for working.
Replace it.(Room air sensor). Helpful?
