Firstly be aware that there is a lot of spam purporting to be from amazon when in fact it isn’t. It usually takes the form of a billing email but shows a higher than usual charge for prime with a link in it that when you click on it and login it steals your credentials.
If that isn’t the case then you would need to check your amazon account and check if you have subscribed to prime. If you have done it in error then I’d suggest contacting the amazon live chat which only shows up when logged in on a pc/Mac web browser or using the official amazon app available from the google play store or Apple App Store.
Once completed I would suggest you change your account password and apply multi factor to your account (that’s where amazon text you a unique code each time you login).
If you have an amazon or amazon prime you have one a kindle account already.
if you have a kindle or fire device then you register it. You can even download the kindele app on iphones or androids by getting it in the playstore or iTunes.
As far as I now amazon and Netflix are completely separate companies. Amazon has "Amazon video" for prime members. On the mobile app it's under "shop by department" or they have there own video streaming app for prime members. Hope this helped. :)
