I bought my dehydrator at a pawn shop. It did not have a manual or instruction book. Where can I find one?

Possibly you could contact vendor as they appear to be selling an owners manual along with the device as is. Might offer to purchase simply a copy of the instructions.

strange I have the same dehydrator and haven't had that problem. are you dehydrating food with excessive fat? Use the manual it came with and make sure you have patted down the food with a paper towel before dehydrating

You bought what from a pawn shop? You can type the make and model of your device into a search engine like google.com and add the word "manual" to it---like this:

I would think that any dehydrator information would work for you.
You just have to be sure the components are working (ie. fan and heating coil.) A dehydrator is pretty basic.

With some searching on line you will be able to find a lot of instructions and probably even ones for your specific dehydrator.
Look on forms about drying foods and ask for the basic instructions if you find you really need them after looking at the links above.
